The unique, multiple-award winning weekly open mic series, the Salon, created and hosted by Mark Janas will return to Etcetera, Etcetera, 352 West 44th Street, NYC, on Sunday, February 18th from 7:00 PM-10:00PM (sign-up begins at 6:15). The theme of this week’s event is “Everybody’s Got A Hungry Heart,” co-hosted by Lisa Viggiano (who is appearing at The Duplex on February 24th and 25th at 6:30 PM). The Salon Spotlight will feature Leanne Borghesi (who is appearing at The Triad in “Mood Swings,” on Monday, March 19th and Monday, April 16th at 7:00 PM).

March 11th, Theme: “Songs That Have Bazazz” with Co-Host: Rick Skye

March 25th, Theme: “Weather…Or Not” with Co-Host: Josephine Sanges
All material, on or off theme, is always welcome at the Salon. An in-house videographer offers professional, website and YouTube-ready video clips for anyone who is interested at $20 cash per song, payable in advance at sign-up.
