Hopes for a March 29 Salon have been dashed in the ongoing coronavirus crisis. Producer Tanya Moberly has announced the cancellation, with optimism that by Sunday, April 19, the show will go on with host Mark Janas. Should this be the case, the optional theme is Favorite Carols; co-host will be Deborah Zecher. There are no Salons scheduled for April 26 or May 10, with the open mic returning on May 17 with Rosemary Loar as co-host.
Doors open and sign up begins at 6:30pm. The evening runs 7-9:30 pm without a break.
Salon has a $10 cash cover ($5 for students with ID) collected at the door and a 2-drink minimum (cash or credit) per person. The venue is Don’t Tell Mama, 343 West 46 St., NYC www.donttellmamanyc.com / 212-757-0788 (after 4pm)
