After travel abroad recently culminating in Tokyo at the Seiko Jazz Camp, trumpet player Benny Benack lll returns to New York City for the Fall season. Additionally, The Benny Benack Band will be making some debuts this Fall, including the Regatta Bar in Boston this October, as well as a West-Coast Debut in November. Benack will also resume playing with Isaac Mizrahi for some “fun road gigs” in support of his cabaret show Moderate to Severe. Benack’s Fall schedule includes:
• August 24-25: 9:30pm-1am at Bemelmens Bar at the Carlyle with his Piano Trio
• August 27th: 7:30 & 9:30pm as a special guest with the DW Jazz Orchestra at Dizzy’s Club Coca-Cola
