“RuPaul’s Drag Race” winner and unofficial Queen of Halloween, Sharon Needles kicks off the spookiest time of the year with The Sharon Needles Halloween Special 2018. Performances run October 9 -12 at 7 pm and October 13 at 10 pm at The Laurie Beechman Theatre (inside West Bank Cafe) at 407 West 42 Street (just west of Ninth Avenue.
The Sharon Needles Halloween Special 2018 is an Edgar Allan Potpourri of horror, live music and creepy comedy. The byword is “Beware!” as evil spirits begin to gather and prepare for Halloween, and naturally Sharon Needles is leading the pack. This 2018 edition of the show is a new, hour-long walk on the spooky side—so, be afraid, be very afraid!
Sharon Needles, the winner of Season Four of “RuPaul’s Drag Race,” is a musical performer blending her sense of music and fashion into a unique stage show. In 2012 Needles appeared as Frank N. Furter in a stage production of The Rocky Horror Show. In 2013, she announced a forty-city world tour, extending her Every Night is Halloween Ball into Europe, Australia and Canada as well as the United States. In 2014 she premiered her solo show Hot For Teacher at The Cutting Room and made her Laurie Beechman Theatre debut in 2016 with her Halloween special. A vegetarian, she is the face of an advertising campaign for PETA.
