Salon on Sunday, June 23 Features Co-Host Amy Wolk and the Theme “Pride and Prejudice”

The latest edition of Salon, hosted by Mark Janas and produced by Tanya Moberly, continues at Don’t Tell Mama  on Sunday, June 23rd from 7:30-10:30 pm. (Sign-Up Begins at 7pm.) The optional theme for the evening is “Pride & Prejudice.”

Guest host/pianist will be MAC Award winner William TN Hall, who is a composer, arranger, music director and performer. He has written music for numerous plays and films and special material for performers including Tony Award winner Nikki M. James and Bistro and MAC award winner Amy Wolk. Hall is an alumnus of the BMI Advanced Musical Theatre Writers Workshop and a resident pianist at Brandy’s, Don’t Tell Mama and The Duplex.

Co-Host will be Bistro and two-time MAC Award winner Amy Wolk. Her upcoming show at the Laurie Beechman Theatre is Season 3 of I Only Have Lies for You on September 17th, October 22nd, November 19th and December 3rd. All shows are at 9:30 pm. Salon Spotlight will feature 3-time MAC award nominee and Broadway World Award Winner Michael Kirk Lane, who will be appearing at Don’t Tell Mama in Just Because on August 19th & August 25th. Both shows are at 7 pm.

There is an in-house videographer offering professional, website and YouTube-ready video clips for anyone who is interested. The cost is $20 in cash per song—payable in advance at sign-up.

Salon is an ongoing open entertainment event in which singers, writers and musicians share their talent with each other and audience members. There is a $10 cash cover ($5 for students with I.D.) collected at the door and a $15 food/drink minimum (cash or credit) per person. RESERVATIONS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED:
