Nicci Nicholas Is “Steppin’ Out” at Don’t Tell Mama on 10/21 and 10/29

Nicci Nicholas brings her most recent show, Steppin’ Out, to Don’t Tell Mama on Sunday, October 21 at 6:00 pm and Monday, October 29 at 7pm. Directed by Lennie Watts, with musical direction by Ian Herman, Steppin’ Out is an eclectic mix of tunes ranging from the 1920s to the 1970s, with vocal styles of jazz, standards and, of course, musical theatre—with a few laughs inbetween.

A native San Franciscan, Nicci studied at the American Conservatory Theatre (ACT) and San Francisco State University. Since moving to Manhattan, Nicci has performed at virtually every club in New York City (some are even still open!). Favorite performances include appearing alongside Florence Lacey, Sally Struthers and Baby Jane Dexter. Nicci presented her debut cabaret show, Losing My Mind, in the fall of 2000 at Judy’s Chelsea.
