Now, you can be a live audience member as an affectionate stage-show drag parody—The Original Golden Girls LIVE: On Stage!—comes home to NYC with Tribute Artists portraying the silver-haired ladies live on stage, as if they’d never left their Miami home. This is the ORIGINAL NYC company from 2003 in their 15th Anniversary (with over 1,450 shows to date, coast to coast) starring Peter Mac and John Mac (a real life couple). Enjoy a new episode that never was (but every fan wanted): “The Lost Reunion Episode,” in which the girls reconvene for the funeral of Dorothy’s second husband. It’s a loving and hilarious homage to these (mostly) gray-haired gals.
August 14, 2018 marks 15 years to the day and the 1,500th performance of The Original Golden Girls LIVE: On Stage! The show has extended through Labor day at The Producers Club.
