The question to ask when talking with Mark Nadler is “What ISN’T he?” Most of you who read this column know that he is an incredible talent—but what a fascinating man. He is a singer, pianist and a much-in-demand director (although he chooses his projects carefully due to time constraints). He’s also a chef-level cook, an amazing actor, a dog lover, a husband and politically savvy and active. Mark has an encyclopedic level of knowledge on all things music (well, pretty much everything) and he’s smart as a whip and as funny as he is smart. Cabaret U, The Ridgefield Theater Barn, Peddie Town School (Town Heights, NJ), UCONN’s Osher’s Lifelong Learning Institute, the Vancouver School of Performing Arts and at Fordham University at Lincoln Center. Matsuki is the Producer of the annual Urban Stages’ Winter Rhythms series, NATS (National Association of Teachers of Singers) NMTC National Musical Theater Competition as well as many other benefits and shows.
