54 BELOW presents Effie Passero in A Night with Effie Passero on Sunday, June 14th at 9:30 PM, accompanied by and musically directed by Mark Hartman. The pair are bringing music to the stage, young and old—spanning multiple genres and eras from Rodgers and Hammerstein to Adele, and even some of Passero’s own original music.
Passero is a singer-songwriter from the Central Valley of California, who, from the early age of five was taking piano lessons and already participating in community theater productions. By the age of 11, she was introduced to a local opera company, which expanded her voice into who new territories. She studied opera until around 22, when she really discovered her love for songwriting. In 2018, she debuted on the revival season of American Idol with an original song, becoming a semi finalist. She currently tours with Scott Bradlee’s Postmodern Jukebox.
