My latest photo journal captures special moments from the 40th Annual MAC Awards, which took place on Monday, March 23 at Symphony Space. Congratulations to all the 2026 MAC Award nominees and winners!
There were great performances throughout the night. One close to us here at NLE was that by vocalist Vicki Burns and pianist John Di Martino (subbing for Joe Alterman, who was stuck in Atlanta due to the closure of La Guardia airport). Burns and Alterman were the winners of the second MAC/NLE Barry Levitt Jazz Award.
