Singer Kathy “Babe” Robinson accompanied by The Tom Adams Trio will be performing at Dino’s Backstage and The Celebrity Room in Glenside, PA on March 9th and 10th, at 8:30 PM (with dinner available from 7 PM). Robinson will perform renditions of songs from standards, jazz and Broadway to contemporary rock, drawn from a playlist of over 400 songs.
Robinson is a native Philadelphian and a former cast member of Saturday Night Dead. She starred as “Mrs. Cherrywinkle” for PBS/Kids-TV and is a seasoned actress/comedienne in national, Off-Broadway and regional theater productions. The singer also has over 20 years of experience( NYC Bistro Winner), performing at clubs such as The Iridium, The Metropolitan Room, West Bank Cafe, The Duplex, Don’t Tell Mama’s, Rose’s Turn, Brandy’s, Eighty Eights and The Five Oaks. In PA she’s worked at PA Stage Co., Bob Egan’s Supper Club, The RRazz Room(w/ Michael Ferreri), The Celebrity Room, The Sugar House (w/ Eddie Bruce) and Paris Bistro….
Dino’s Backstage and The Celebrity Room is a dining and entertainment experience reminiscent of the sophisticated supper clubs of the 40s and 50s. This award-winning venue is located at 287 N. Keswick Avenue in Glenside, PA.
