Reed players, Will and Peter Anderson, present Miles & Coltrane at 100 at Symphony Space on Saturday, May 30, with shows at 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM, featuring trumpeter Mike Davis. The show, with full ensemble, will cover the music and lives of these two American legends—trumpeter Miles Davis and saxophonist John Coltrane—with a spoken narrative, video presentation and music including “My Favorite Things,” “Someday My Prince Will Come,” “Summertime” and “So What” from albums Blue Trane, Kind of Blue and Birth of the Cool.
