After a short break, outdoor jazz is back with the return of reed instrumentalists (saxophones, clarinet) Peter and Will Anderson today, Saturday, June 12 and every Saturday and Sunday, 3-5pm. The live performances take in front of Duke Ellington’s historic brownstone apartment building on Riverside Drive, just south of West 106th Street (Duke Ellington Blvd.). Plenty of seating is available.
The Andersons are joined by Joe Boga on trumpet and Alex Raderman on drums. The repertoire is classic American standards from the songbooks of Duke Ellington, Louis Armstrong, George Gershwin, Irving Berlin and more!
