Pianist-Crooner Bryan Eng and His Trio Appear at Chelsea Table + Stage on Thursday, August 6

Pianist-crooner Bryan Eng and His Trio appear at Chelsea Table + Stage on Thursday, August 6 at 7 PM with standards from the Great American Songbook.

Eng is a jazz pianist, singer, composer and arranger whose artistry has been demonstrated at premier venues including the Kennedy Center, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Birdland and others. His orchestrations and arrangements have been performed by Broadway luminaries such as Heather Headley, Nancy Dussault and Richard Kind, as well as by the American Pops Orchestra and major regional theaters.

A rising star in New York, Eng is the youngest resident performer in the Carlyle Hotel’s 70-year history; he also leads three distinctive ensembles—the Bryan Eng Trio, the Bryan Eng ‘Circle Room’ Trio and the Bryan Eng Sextet. He’s the recipient of the Julie Wilson Award for Emerging Artists, and is now preparing to release a slate of original music revealing an entirely different side of himself as a singer-songwriter “in the mold of modern pop composers such as Paul Simon, Billy Joel and Paul McCartney.”

Tickets are from $33.85

Chelsea Table + Stage is located at 152 West 26th Street, NYC
