Mamoru Fujisawa, known professionally as Joe Hisaishi, returns to Radio City Music Hall for a seven-night residency on August 11-17, with all concerts at 8 PM. Hisaishi will conduct and perform live on piano with MasterVoices and Orchestra of St. Luke’s, playing the music of iconic Studio Ghibli classics, plus scores from Takeshi Kitano, Isao Takahata films and more.
Hisaishi, a composer, musical director, conductor and pianist, is known for over 100 film scores and solo albums dating back to 1981.
