November at the Café Carlyle – Chrysta Bell, John Pizzarelli, Jessica Molaskey, Katharine McPhee and Steve Tyrell

There’s a full lineup this November at the Café Carlyle. Five headliners – some favorites and some making debuts – are scheduled to play the fabled room. Here’s the rundown:

Chrysta Bell – one night only on November 3 at 10:45 PM. The singer/songwriter, model and Twin Peaks actress sings from her new “dream pop” album We Dissolve. Her voice and musical style have been described as “dark, sensual and moody.” Bell has also been described as a singer who “seems to have one foot in another world.”

John Pizzarelli & Jessica Molaskey – November 7 to 18. The popular husband and wife team and Café Carlyle favorites have been cited by The New York Times as “the supreme nightclub act of our time.” Pizzarelli, guitarist and singer, with vocalist Molaskey, will debut an all-new show, following last year’s acclaimed “The Arc of a Love Affair.” Among their many collective and individual honors, the duo also host the popular Radio Deluxe program.

Katharine McPhee – November 21 to 25. Singer/songwriter, American Idol runner-up and Smash actress McPhee makes her Café Carlyle debut. She’ll be singing standards from her fifth album, I Fall in Love Too Easily, a collection of romantic songbook hits, scheduled for release on November 17 via BMG

Steve Tyrell – November 28 to December 2. The Grammy Award winner and two-time Emmy nominee celebrates his 13th anniversary performing in Café Carlyle’s holiday slot with a brand new show. Described by The New York Times as a “terrific storyteller,” 10 of Tyrell’s 11 albums have achieved top 5 status on Billboard’s Traditional Pop Charts. He’s not only performed on stages all over the world, but has delighted heads of state and royalty, among others, with his talents.
