Cabaret Duo of Sue Matsuki and Gregory Toroian Are Back Performing Live, Beginning on Sunday, May 30

Multi-MAC and Julie Wilson award winner, Sue Matsuki, with her long-time Bistro and MAC Award winning collaborator and Music Director, Gregory Toroian, are back performing live, playing a series of shows beginning on Sunday, May 30. The pair are celebrating their 27 years together by revisiting all their many arrangements, enabling the creation of brand-new sets for each of the gigs listed below:

••• LIVE @ West Bank Café
 Sunday on Sunday, May 30 and Friday, June 25 from 5:00-7:00 pm EDT. They will perform two sets at each performance. Skip Ward on bass. Reservations required: 212-695-6909. Located at 42nd Street & 9th Ave. Covid-safe indoor and outdoor dining. No music charge. Food and drink available.

•••LIVE Sunday Open Mic and Jazz Brunch at Pangea—every 2nd Sunday, on June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 10, November 14 and December 12 From 12:00-3:00 pm EDT. Three new sets will be performed at each performance. For set 1 they will host an Open Mic with participants being randomly selected from a hat! (The mic will be sanitized, and a complimentary mic cover will be given to each singer.) Set 2 will be the band and a few invited guest stars. June 13 features: Deborah Stone, Dorian Woodruff and Maria Corsaro. Set 3 will be Matsuki, Toroian and Ward. No music charge. $20.00 food and drink minimum.

•••Sue Matsuki in “This Broad’s Way” at Pangea will play on Saturdays, September 25, October 23 and November 20 from 7:00-8:15 pm EDT, with Toroian on piano, Ward on bass and David Silliman on drums. The show is directed by Lina Koutrakos.

 $25.00 music charge (cash at the door). $20.00 food and drink minimum (charge cards accepted).
