Live From Skylight Run, a monthly concert series, presents Broadway veterans Carol Demas and Sarah Rice on Friday, December 4, streaming at 7:30 PM. Music Director is Ian Herman. The show features a wide range of songs, both in duets and solo turns throughout the evening. The duo have appeared together in many New York City concerts and clubs. Their tribute to the music of Jones and Schmidt (Thank You For Your Love) won them a Bistro Award in 2018.
Demas originated the role of Sandy in Grease, and Sarah Rice originated the role of Johanna in Sweeney Todd. Demas and Rice each played Luisa in the long-running original production of The Fantasticks and have remained friends ever since.
The Live from Skylight Run concert series brings stars from Broadway and TV to the stage, performing in the venue’s intimate setting in Westchester, New York.
