Broadway by the Year at The Town Hall on Monday, May 20 Celebrates 1965 and 1978

Scott Siegel, the creator/writer/host of the Broadway by the Year series—now in its 19th year—at The Town Hall in New York City, has announced that the next show on Monday, May 20 (at 8 PM) will feature the musicals of 1965 and 1978. Those years saw such classic works as Man of La Mancha, On a Clear Day You  Can See Forever, The Roar of the Greasepaint—The Smell of the Crowd, Ain’t Misbehavin’, On the Twentieth Century, Ballroom and more! Artists scheduled to perform are:

Corbin Bleu (star of the High School Musical trilogy of movies, currently starring with Kelli O’Hara in Kiss Me, Kate!)

Ethan Slater (Tony Nominated last year for his starring role as Spongebob in Spongebob Squarepants)

Betsy Wolfe (Waitress, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, etc.)

Rick Faugno (Kiss Me, Kate, Jersey Boys as Frankie Valli)

Nicole Henry (International Jazz Star)

Danny Gardner (Drama Desk Honoree, Dames at Sea, 2017 Radio City Summer Spectacular)

Douglas Ladnier (Sweeney Todd, Jekyll & Hyde)

Lianne M. Dobbs (movies, TV, Sophisticated Ladies)

Plus the Broadway by the Year  Dance Troupe, choreographed by Danny Gardner.
