Cabaret’s musical comedy star Christine Pedi deploys her performance skills as a celebrity impressionist, conversationalist, host and vocal magician in Christine Pedi Cheers to Us at Pangea on New Year’s Eve, Tuesday December 31 at 8 PM. Dinner seating begins at 6 PM.
A separate, after-show party in the Front Lounge, features virtuoso flamenco guitarist Jackson Scott from 10 PM to 1 AM.
Pedi’s career spans everything from appearing memorably on “The Sopranos” as Bobby Baccala’s adored wife (he couldn’t bring himself to defrosting her ziti after her untimely death) to being a long-time cast member of the satirical reviews “Newsical,” “Forbidden Broadway,” “Spamilton,” and “Forbidden Sondheim.” Her award-winning show “Great Dames” has been widely presented and she continues as the daily host of the Sirius XM staple “On Broadway.”
Tickets for Cheers to Us online are $65 and include a complimentary glass of champagne and party favors. There is an additional $75 minimum per person (food or beverage). A special a la carte menu is available. Tickets at the door, if available, are $75.
For Scott, tickets online are $30 and $35 at the door, if available (seating is extremely limited). Seating starts at 9:00 PM for food and beverage service from a special New Year’s Eve a la carte menu.
