PATH is hosting auditions for singers, dancers, musicians, comedians and poets who are interested in using five PATH stations in Hudson County as stages to express their artistic talents. PATH Performs! auditions scheduled Wednesday, March 27 and Thursday, 28.The registration deadline is Thursday, March 21. Auditions are scheduled between 6 pm and 9 pm at the William Brennan Courthouse, 583 Newark Ave. in Jersey City.

As part of the new PATH Performs! Art in Transit program, in partnership with the Hudson County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs, the selected artists will be given the opportunity to perform on a volunteer basis and share their talents with thousands of riders passing through the following Hudson County PATH stations: Hoboken, Journal Square, Harrison, Newport and Exchange Place. Currently, the Grove Street station is not part of the schedule due to space restrictions and other considerations.
Performances will be permitted only in program-approved designated areas within the stations. Performers are strictly prohibited from impeding the safe flow and movement of passengers entering and exiting the stations, and must adhere to performance guidelines and PATH rules and regulations.
