Judy Garland Tribute Artist Peter Mac is launching a virtual talk show, Mac and Chat on Sunday night, December 6th at 7 PM EST on Facebook. It’a a project Mac has been working on for several years, which has now come to fruition.
Mac welcomes a very special guest star for the premiere episode—stage and television actress and author, Marie Wallace. Wallace worked on Broadway during its famed “golden age” in shows such as Sweet Charity, Gypsy and The Beauty Part, to name a few. She has shared the stage with luminaries such as Gwen Verdon, Ethel Merman, Jackie Gleason Bert Lahr and Robert Preston. She may be he even more well know for her three roles on the classic, gothic, vampire soap opera, “”Dark Shadows”—the show Mac says “everyone ran home from school to watch!”.
The pair will discuss Wallace’s career from “the bright lights of Broadway” to the “dark shadows” of television, as well as her book, On Stage and In Shadows: A Career Memoir.
