With songs written/ originally performed/ arranged by a music great from the great state of New Jersey, home to singer Lisa Yaeger, the performer brings back her Jersey Girl show for a January 19 NYC performance at Don’t Tell Mama at 7:00 PM. Represented are those who bloomed in the Garden State such Frank Sinatra, Janis Ian, Bruce Springsteen and Nelson Riddle. The show is one of the three nominees for the 2017 Broadway World Awards as outstanding cabaret show of the year. Directed by Lina Koutrakos, with music direction by Rick Jensen with musical colleagues Tom Hubbard on bass and Steven Bargonetti on guitar.

More about Lisa: Lisa Yaeger is a 2014 MAC Award nominee for her debut show It Must Have Been Love. She was voted 1st Runner up in the inaugural season of the award-winning singing contest, Mama’s Next BIG Act at Don’t Tell Mama. She has also been seen regularly at The Metropolitan Room, The Laurie Beechman Theatre, 54 Below and Pangea. A graduate of Crane School Of Music, she has toured nationally and performed various roles regionally. Her voice can be heard on PBS Kids and she has been featured on the Broadway Carols for a Cure, the annual Broadway Cares/ Equity Fights AIDS holiday CD.
