Dr. Judi Bloom and Richard Skipper have joined forces to address the issues facing those in the new world of COVID. The show streams on Thursday, November 19 at 6 pm ET on Richard Skipper Celebrates on Facebook and YouTube. This is the show in which therapy and entertainment come together to show artists how to not only cope in the age of COVID but also how to keep creating. Dr. Bloom and Skipper are joined by Mindy Fradkin, Sue Matsuki and Deborah Stone.
Mindy Fradkin, aka Princess Wow, speaks and sings from her heart as she promotes raising awareness to the healing power of a genuine smile. Fradkin shares personal anecdotes about her unusual life while wearing colorful clothing and hats that she creates in order to uplift and bring good cheer. Enjoy her dance parties, hat shows and discovering new music with Princess Wow! Joining her is her dance partner, a stuffed Getko with a tutu, Princess Smiles, along with Gumby and Mini Mind-E.
Sue Matsuki is a leading members of the cabaret community. With decades of devotion to the craft, the patrons, and the family of artists, she has developed into a kind of matriarch of the neighborhood. In fact, she is often referred to as “The Godmother of Cabaret”—a name that was passed on to her that she takes seriously. Prior to the pandemic, Matsuki and her longtime musical collaborator Gregory Toroian started the Jazz Brunch at Pangea in NYC, an open mic where artists can affordably dine together and get up and sing for one another. She and her Cabaret Hotspot colleague David Sabella released a book all about performing the craft of cabaret.
A native New Yorker, Deborah Stone is a former professional dancer and fitness instructor on both coasts, and was a cast member in the original LA cast of La Cage aux Folles. She did her first cabaret show in New York City in 2016 and has never looked back!

For 26 years she has treated patients of every background and helped them work through a wide variety of personal challenges.
