The third Support Brandy’s fundraising concert will live-stream on Thursday, August 20 at 7 pm from Brandy’s to Facebook and YouTube. All proceeds will go to helping keep Brandy’s going. The show will feature the talents of staff members Liz Lark Brown (Joe Iconis and Family), Jon Satrom (National Tour Year with Frog And Toad), Sean Bernardi (Hairspray with Royal Caribbean) and Lauren Mufson (Mamma Mia on Broadway, Original Cast A New Brain), with composer/arranger William TN Hall at the piano. 
In addition there will be appearances by an all-star roster of friends of Brandy’s—recording and touring artist Anne Steele, Michael Kirk Lane (MAC and Broadway World Cabaret Award winner), David Foley Jr. (National Tours of Phantom of the Opera and Shrek), music producer, composer and partner in Clean Green Music Machine, Kelly Wohlford and downtown diva and recording/cabaret artist Lina Koutrakos.
The staff at Brandy’s has dedicated August to raising funds to keep the bar alive—a valued part of the city’s nightlife and a small locally owned gay business that welcomes everyone who crosses its threshold. Brandy’s has been a home for countless musicians and entertainers over the years and hopes to remain so for years to come.
