The Original Broadway Cast Performs the Music of “Swept Away” on Monday, April 28 at the Bowery Ballroom

The producers of Broadway’s Swept Away announce a one-night-only reunion concert featuring the original Broadway cast of the musical performing songs of folk-rock group The Avett Brothers’ catalogue from the Broadway production at the Bowery Ballroom on Monday, April 28 at 7 PM.

The reunion concert will feature performances from Tony Award winner John Gallagher, Jr., Tony Award nominee Stark Sands, Adrian Blake Enscoe, Wayne Duvall and the original Broadway Swept Away ensemble and swings.

Live on Broadway, Swept Away, with music and lyrics by The Avett Brothers, was a “spectacular” New York Times Critic’s Pick starring Tony Award® winner Gallagher, Sands, Enscoe and Duvall in starring roles. The Original Broadway Cast Recording was released on February 7 and will receive a double vinyl release on Friday, April 25 on Joy Machine Records. Swept Away was produced on Broadway by Matthew Masten, Sean Hudock and Madison Wells Live.
