The Town Hall Presents the 30th Anniversary celebration of the Maria Schneider Orchestra on Saturday, November 23 at 8 PM. The concert also celebrates the release of her 3-LP Box Set, Decades.

Hailing originally from Minnesota, the leader, a musician-composer-arranger and Big Tech antagonist, is a multiple Grammy winner, NEA Jazz Master, and Pulitzer Prize finalist. Her 18-piece jazz symphony orchestra often blurs distinctions between music genres and styles, and in the mode of the great Duke Ellington, Schneider considers the band a unique instrument in and of itself.

Tickets to The Maria Schneider Orchestra – 30th Anniversary Celebration are from $68 and can be purchased here.

The Town Hall is located at 123 West 43rd Street (between 6th Avenue and Broadway), New York, NY
