The 25th Annual Provincetown Cabaret Fest, under the direction of Patricia Fitzpatrick, is now open for business, playing through Sunday, June 8—themed All That Jazz: The Music of Kander & Ebb. As in past years, there will be performances, Master Classes, workshops and networking opportunities throughout the week, concluding with a diversity-rich variety show on Friday, followed by star headliner shows on Saturday night. Sunday closer hosts the brunch event: a gathering of sponsors, VIP Pass holders, friends, fans and family.
Appearing are Bobby Wetherbee and Patricia Fitzpatrick recreating songs from their favorite cabaret shows. MC, crooner and comedian Warren Schein will return to host the Friday Night Chicago Revue and the Saturday Night Gala and Lifetime Awards ceremony.
Dawn Derow returns with her new show Sing Happy. Carolyn Montgomery who appeared with the festival 10 years ago returns with her award-winning show Clooney Does Kander & Ebb. MAC Award and Mike Renzi Award winning, Master Class graduate, Roderick Ferguson and director Faith Prince also bring new shows to the festival, as does jazzer Nicolas King with Mardie Millet. Last but not least, Broadway’s David Sabella makes his Cabaret Fest debut!
