Sue’s Muse: An Interview with Craig Rubano

This is an extraordinary talent and a voice from the heavens as you will hear in the clip below from his new show “Take the Moment” which was the theme throughout the show. You will hear in our interview that Craig has been away from Cabaret and Broadway for over 10 years but, after seeing his SOLD OUT show on May 19th, I am SO grateful to have this man and this voice back on stage.  Craig’s voice is, well, for a lack of a better word….YUMMY! His baritone range is clear and full (and sexy) and his tenor range and “money notes” are sustained with ease and seemingly forever. His voice thrilled me and he will thrill  you. Great work by his team: Beth Ertz (MD/Arranger) and guest bassist David Finck.  The show was, as expected, intelligent, beautifully crafted and guided lovingly by Director Jeff Harnar.  Please meet Craig Rubano…
