Steve Nieve and Kessada appear at the Perelman Performing Arts Center on Thursday, July 17 at 6 PM. The show is unticketed and free and open to the public. Expect a performance that’s both bold and intimate, revealing the pair’s shared passion for storytelling through words and music.
Innovative keyboardist and composer Nieve and multidimensional artist Kessada bring an electrifying set to the Lobby Stage. Best known as a core member of Elvis Costello and the Attractions, Nieve has spent over four decades collaborating with icons such as David Bowie, Morrissey, Sting, Laurie Anderson and Jane Birkin—crafting a sound that spans classical, rock and avant-garde.
Kessada, a genre-blurring talent whose work moves fluidly through indie, rock, and electronic music. Kessada has played large outdoor venues including Deferlantes and Fuji Rock and intimate spaces from the Philharmonie in Paris to Largo in LA and City Winery in NYC.
Perelman Performing Arts Center is located at 6 WTC, 251 Fulton Street, New York, NY
