On Thursday, July 30 at 8 pm ET, reigniting its 52nd season, “A Bicoastal Celebration to Benefit the Newport Music Festival” features From Broadway to Hollywood—Live with Richard Glazier, streaming live, with a special pre-event cocktail party and mixology lesson with Little Bitte at 7:30 pm ET.
Hosted by award-winning pianist
, narrator and documentary filmmaker Richard Glazier, the event will feature friends of the Festival, including world-renowned violinist Joshua Bell; actress and singer Lorna Luft; actor and vocalist Nicolas King; and composer and pianist Mike Renzi. The evening will also include virtual tours of the legendary Newport Mansions, home to many of NMF concerts, interviews with current and past performers, and rarely seen archival footage and photographs of the Festival’s most memorable moments.

The Newport Music Festival (Rhode Island Arts Foundation at Newport, Inc.) was founded in 1969. The Festival has featured some of the most renowned international artists of the past 50 years and produced over 2000 concerts in a myriad of venues throughout Newport and surrounding communities.
