Tony-winning composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and diva Sarah Brightman have joined forces to present Brightman’s first livestream concert, Sarah Brightman: A Christmas Symphony, on Sunday, December 20 at 7:30 PM ET and also available for time zones around the world. Ticket holders will be able to access the concert event stream for 48 hours after the initial airing.
The concert, held at the Christ Church Spitalfields in London, will include curated selections of music, such as “Silent Night,” “I Believe in Father Christmas,” “Ave Maria,” “La Luna” and more, plus a new arrangement of “Christmas Dream,” penned by Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice penned for the 1974 thriller The Odessa File originally recorded by Perry Como. Other guests include Aled Jones (the voice of The Snowman) and the Gregorian choir.
Brightman is supporting The Global FoodBanking Network to address food insecurity around the world.
