Well-known to many in the worlds of theater and cabaret, with a plethora of awards to her name, Jamie deRoy, has won twelve Tony awards producing Broadway plays. She has co-produced over 60 Broadway shows and more than 46 off-Broadway shows to date. She’s also a doyenne of cabaret and TV, hosting the very long-running “Jamie deRoy & friends” in both mediums. She debuted at The Living Room in 1969, performed at Caroline’s at the Seaport and opened for Joan Rivers in New York and LA; deRoy has also appeared in TV shows (“Alice,” “Spiderman,” “Knight Rider”) and in film (GoodFellas; Raging Bull; See No Evil, Hear No Evil; Married To It). Stage credits include The Drunkard with musical direction by Barry Manilow.
