Singer, Miss Maybell, and pianist partner Charlie Judkins, will appear at Birdland on Sunday, January 25 at 5:30 PM, with their six-piece band, the Ragtime Romeos, featuring Brian Nalepka (bass), GRAMMY Award winner Andy Stein (violin), Dan Block (clarinet, saxophone) and Gavin Rice (banjo, saxophone). The show is also featuring tap dance for the first time with Coulee Slatnick.
The show will present early jazz, blues, and ragtime, including a sampling of tunes from their upcoming album of never before recorded songs from the early jazz era.
