Singer-comedienne, Mardie Millit (with Michael Garin, of course!) returns for Live from Lockdown 2! on Thursday, May 7th at 7:15 pm, with an hour of songs, “alleged humor and other shameless pleas for attention. Pants not required! Adult beverages or other mind-altering substances strongly encouraged!”
Mardie Millit became known for her late-night duets with TV and movie heartthrobs, and even a former head of the CIA. She has made regular appearances at Birdland, Iridium, the Monkey Bar, the Rainbow Room, 54 Below. and Joe’s Pub, both as a solo performer and with on-and-off-stage partner, pianist Michael Garin. Millet has also appeared in musical theater, including roles in productions of Company, Into the Woods, Pippin and an upcoming Sweeney Todd (when the Fates allow). She is also developing a solo cabaret act for the time when clubs and cabaret rooms once again reopen.
