Vocalist Madelaine Warren debuts her new show Warren Sings Fields on Sunday, November 30 at 4 PM, and  Saturday December 6 and Tuesday, December 9, both at 7 PM at Don’t Tell Mama. The show is her fourth collaboration with music director Christopher Denny and award-winning director Barry Kleinbort. Joining them is bassist Tom Hubbard. Warren Sings Fields celebrates Dorothy Fields (1904–1974), one of the finest and most prolific lyricists of the 20th century—collaborating with a wide array of composers from Jimmy McHugh to Jerome Kern to Harold Arlen—contributing to over 400 songs for Broadway musicals and films. The program is musically diverse, from Tin Pan Alley, stage and film, ranging from Field’s first big hit, “I Can’t Give You Anything But Love” in 1928 to “It’s Not Where You Start” from the Tony award-winning musical Seesaw in 1973.

There is a $20.00 cover and a $20.00 minimum per person, which must include two drinks. Cash only. Reservations at donttellmamanyc.com
