Singer John El-Jor presents Allowed to Be Pretty on Monday, March 31 at 9:30 PM at 54 Below. He’ll be joined by special guests Haven Madison (“American Idol”), Carolina Rial (“The Voice”) and Alyssa Wray (“The Voice”).
El-Jor, known for his work in “American Idol” (ABC), Mean Girls (Paramount), and We Live in Cairo (NYTW), makes his 54 Below solo debut with the release of his EP, Allowed To Be Pretty. Featuring all original songs from the EP, this evening takes audiences on a genre-defying journey, ranging from singer-songwriter to indie pop, rock, and folk. Through his music, El-Jpr seeks to bridge culture and identity, crafting an intimate and electric atmosphere.
