Jazz at Lincoln Center Celebrates 20 Years in the House of Swing Beginning on Friday, October 18

Planning a jazzy weekend? Options abound for celebrating Jazz at Lincoln Center‘s 20 years of making music in Frederick P. Rose Hall, known as “The House of Swing,” home of the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra

Jazz at Lincoln Center’s home was created purposefully: under the leadership of Managing and Artistic Director Wynton Marsalis, the expertise of architect Rafael Viñoly and a team of acoustic engineers, this 100,000-square-foot space offers three meticulously designed concert and performance venues—Rose Theater, the Appel Room and Dizzy’s Club. Each space is crafted to enhance the warmth and clarity of jazz.
