Since 2007, The ASCAP Foundation has been handing out cash awards underwritten by Jamie deRoy & friends. This year’s winner is Paul Rolnick, but due to Covid 19, the awards will be presented in a virtual ceremony on Tuesday, December 8th.
Here are the ASCAP Foundation winners over the years, airing on Jamie deRoy & friends in two parts, on Sunday, November 22 and Sunday, December 6, both at 7:30 PM. Each recipient presents one song representing their body of work. The performances were filmed over many years at various clubs.
Jamie deRoy & friends is directed by Barry Kleinbort and videotaped by Russell Bouthiller.
