The Hamptons Songbook by the Sea has been a great success this summer, delighting vacationers in the Hamptons with its wonderful lineup of performances. This week’s presentation, Hirschfeld’s Broadway, featured captivating slides of Al Hirschfeld’s iconic drawings paired with Broadway songs from the shows he immortalized through his sketches. David Leopold, Creative Director of the Al Hirschfeld Foundation, along with Eric Comstock and Barbara Fasano, delivered a thoroughly enjoyable evening filled with song and storytelling.
