Groovin’ on a Sunday’s Holiday Special at Don’t Tell Mama is coming soon.Groovin’ is a long-running variety series hosted by Ann McCormack and Woody Regan and featuring returning performers Jason Ellis, Evelyn Sullivan and Rhonda Hansome. Show time is 4:00 PM,

There’s a different show every month, giving veteran, up-and-coming and returning cabaret artists a place to try out new ideas, revisit old ones and promote their work. This monthly program of songs, comedy, storytelling, dance and lots of singing along, has been described as a cross between “The Ed Sullivan Show” and “Pee Wee’s Playhouse.” Some shows are theme-based with nods to women songwriters, NYC Pride, and Halloween recurring each year.

Guest on the 17th will include Amy Beth Williams, Mary Sue Daniels, Lynda Rodolitz, Dennis Birchall, Eric Benjamin Gordon and Joan Reinmuth. Vicky Alvarez, Tenzin Gyaltsen and Ralph Mendez are in on college breaks and will join in, too! And YOU, too! because there will be caroling!!!
