Singer-pianist Chris Barrett, who in 2022 celebrated his 50th year performing The Great American Songbook, presents Broadway and Beyond at Pangea on Tuesday, September 19 at 7 PM.
Barrett has performed in hotels and clubs in New York, across the US and in Europe since 1972. The show will highlight his selection of Broadway’s known and lesser-known songs, along with an eclectic mix of special material, which over the years have become fan favorites. He will also pay tribute to the legacy of some of New York’s iconic singer-pianist-composers, such as Charles DeForest, John Wallowitch, Murry Grand, Buddy Barnes and more.
