Bob O’Hare: Unfinished Business – A Love Story at Don’t Tell Mama on Sunday, April 15 and Friday, April 27

After a four-year absence, singer Bob O’Hare is returning to Manhattan with his third cabaret show, Bob O’Hare: Unfinished Business – A Love Story, being presented at Don’t Tell Mama (343 West 46th Street, between 8th & 9th Avenue) on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 3:30 PM and on Friday, April 27, 2018 at 7:00 PM. Bob will be accompanied by the Tom Nelson Trio – Music Director Nelson on piano, Tom Kirchmer on bass, and Peter Grant on drums. The multiple MAC Award-winning Eric Michael Gillett directs the show. O’Hare will feature songs by songwriters such as Stephen Sondheim, Leslie Bricusse, Anthony Newley, Jule Styne, Betty Comden, Adolph Green, Richard Rodgers, Lorenz Hart, Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, Tom Jones, Harvey Schmidt, Craig Carnelia, Fred Ebb, John Kander,  Alan Mencken, and David Spencer.

In May, 2009, Bob made his Manhattan cabaret debut with a show called Bob O’Hare: Home, after having very successfully practiced law for twenty-seven years. A few months later, his newfound cabaret career was halted when he had a very serious accident resulting in a spinal injury. For several months, O’Hare was in the hospital undergoing surgery and physical therapy. In 2013, O’Hare performed his second show called Bob O’Hare: Recovery: A Show About Getting Better, which told the story about his injury and rehabilitation.
