Broadway artists, including three Tony winners, will play the Café Carlyle this fall. John Lloyd Young, a Tony winner for his work in the Tony-winning musical Jersey Boys, will kick off the upcoming season with a one-night-only appearance on Saturday, September 2. The actor’s new show spotlights Golden Era classics. The fall season also feature Cuban-born singer Rosalia de Cuba on September 8-9.
Stage and screen star Brooke Shields, seen on Broadway in Grease, The Addams Family, Cabaret, Wonderful Town, and more, will play frpm September 12-23. The engagement will mark the premiere of Previously Owned by Brooke Shields. Paradise Square Tony winner Joaquina Kalukango will make her Carlyle debut September 26-30. Her new show, spotlighting artists who have influenced her over the years as well as tunes from her favorite Broadway shows, will feature musical direction by Michael Orland.
Singer-songwriter Peter Cincotti appears on October 3–7. and Tony winner Patina Miller, most recently seen on Broadway as the Witch in the Tony-nominated revival of Into the Woods, will offer An Evening with Patina on October 11-14. In addition to her Tony-winning turn in Pippin, Miller has also been seen on Broadway in the musical adaptation of Sister Act.
