Grammy Award Winner Melissa Manchester Makes Birdland Concert Debut September 11

The Broadway at Birdland concert series will present Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter Melissa Manchester will make her Birdland concert debut on Monday, September 11 at 7 PM. The one-night-only event will celebrate Ms. Manchester’s 21st album, The Fellas. She will perform materials from the Great American Songbook in tribute to the iconic male singers – Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Johnny Mathis, Mel Tormé and more – who influenced her as a young artist. 

She’ll also sing her own classic hits like “Midnight Blue” and “Through the Eyes of Love,” which have established her as one of music’s most enduring artists with a career spanning more than forty years.

The weekly Broadway at Birdland concert series takes place on the stage of the historic music room, located in the heart of Manhattan’s theater district.
